Terms and Conditions

FEES
Fees are agreed between The Central London Russian Academy and their students prior to the commencement of any tuition.
All Fees may be obtained on our Rates page in the website.
Travel expenses are £5.00 for travel in Central London. In the event that a tutor is required to travel out of London, and agreed rate for travel will be added to the tuition cost.

PAYMENTS
All students who booked individual lessons will be required to make payment at the end of each lesson in cash.
Group or Corporate bookings for tuition must be paid in advance 7 days prior to the commencement of tuition.
Upon commencement of tuition no refunds can be given. Lessons can be rescheduled to alternative dates within the original booking, with prior agreement with the CLRA with more than 48 hours notice.
At the end of any group or prepaid lessons or course notice must be given to CLRA to terminate the course.

CANCELLATIONS
If it is necessary to cancel a lesson due to illness, holiday or any other reason the student must contact the tutor directly within 48 hours or the lesson. If the lesson is cancelled with 24 hours the full rate for the lesson will be charged.
